Returns Policy
To ensure returns are being handled appropriately, contact PDI Gasket & Seals via Contact Us for an RMA# prior to returning items. Please ensure you provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted by PDI Gasket & Seals. All associated freight charges will not be reimbursed. If the return is caused by a PDI Gasket and Seals error, item price and freight charges will be reimbursed.
All returns must meet the following requirements:
- Return claim is made within 30 days of purchase date.
- Item must be in unused condition.
- Item must be in original packaging.
- Item is not made-to-order or custom
